Return and Refund

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also contact our Customer Support, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

GladsBuy reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

General Returns:

1.  All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition.
Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Help Center  and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.

2.  Mis-shipped products:
For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.

3.  Color Errors:
If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Returning for replacement and refund Policy

1.  Quality Issues:
If a product has quality problems within 30 days of customers receiving it, GladsBuy will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning a full refund. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will send a refund or exchange the product. Quality problems caused by manufacturing include such things as motherboard damage, screen damage, accessories damage, malfunctioning buttons.

2.  Non Quality Issues:
If customers wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will return 85% of the full price (15% will be withheld to cover the shipping fee). If the product is customized (e.g. customized size or customized screen), we can only refund 50% of the full price(the remaining 50% of the money will be used to cover shipping costs and materials costs).

Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.

3.  Cancelling Orders (Before delivery)
If an order is canceled before delivery, no fee will be charged.

4.  Overdue Items
We will return a full refund if the item ordered is not delivered by the promised delivery date.

Returning for replacement and refund Policy

All returns must be sent within 7 days of the shipment being delivered. We only accept dresses in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- and must have the tags intact and still attached. Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.

1.  Quality Issues:
(1).  If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
(2).  If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.

2.  Size Errors:
Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" in either direction of specified measurements.
(1).  All dresses are made or come with margins for altering and tailoring if desired. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered, one can choose to make the adjustments at a local tailor, in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 50%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 50%, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 50% of the dress's original cost.
(2).  We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress to us and get the dress modified within 7 working days. In this case, we are responsible for all shipping costs.
(3).  Customers can also return a dress with measurement errors, and will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping .

However, any errors regarding size/color that were made during purchasing of our products will not be eligible for refunds.In this case, we can provide a size modification service to our customers for free, with customers only paying for the shipping fee. A dress modification is normally done in 7 working days.

3.  Cancelling Orders (Before delivery)

(1).  All dress orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
(2).  All dress orders canceled after 48 hours will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.

4.  Overdue Products

If for any reason, your order was not shipped within the time stated and arrives late, but not by more than 10 days, you will be eligible for a complete refund, or a 30% reimbursement upon the delivery of the overdue product. If the product is overdue by more than 10 days, customers are eligible for a full refund. If the dress is not returned, only the shipping fee is paid by customers.
